Pycharm Free For Students
PyCharm Pro is free for students with a valid.edu address. Posted by 5 years ago. Student license (a) Licensee may. You can use PyCharm Edu as long as you feel it suits your needs. Of course if you'd like to perform some work with python you would need to buy professional license or use Community Edition. If you're student and use PyCharm for your assigments I recommend fileing for students licence. Then you'll be able to use PyCharm Pro for your student needs.
As part of this endeavor, we are pleased to let you know that JetBrains, the folks behind PyCharm, the popular Python integrated development environment (IDE), has decided to give NUS Orbital students a period license for their Professional version of PyCharm. You may want to test-drive the IDE and see whether you’d like to use it. Of course, you’re not obligated to use it (it is third-party software and only a temporary license for you to use during the course, but if you find it useful, please go ahead and use it.
